By virtue of a decree heretofore granted in the case of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. against Edgar Roy Hall, et al., I, the undersigned Master in Equity for Spartanburg County, will sell on Monday, December 1, 2008 at 11:00 o’clock a.m., at the Spartanburg County Courthouse, 180 Magnolia Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina, to the highest bidder:
All that certain piece, parcel or lot of land in Spartanburg County, State of South Carolina, shown and designated as a portion of Lot No. 1-B on a plat prepared for Edgar Roy Hall and Beulah C. Hall by Huskey & Huskey, Inc. PLS, dated September 21, 2001 and recorded herewith in the Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County in Plat Book 151 at page 101.
This is a portion of the property conveyed to Edgar Roy Hall and Beulah C. Hall by deed of Lessie Cantrell Hall, et al., recorded April 11, 1974 in Deed Book 41-V, page 223, Office of the Register of Deeds for Spartanburg County.

TERMS OF SALE: The successful bidder, other than the Plaintiff, will deposit with the Master, at the conclusion of the bidding, Five per cent (5%) of the bid in cash or equivalent, as evidence of good faith, same to be applied to the purchase price in case of compliance, but to be forfeited and applied first to costs and then to Plaintiff’s debt in the case of non-compliance. Should the last and highest bidder fail or refuse to make the required deposit at the time of bid or comply with the other terms of the bid within thirty (30) days, then the Master may resell the property on the same terms and conditions on some subsequent Sales Day (at the risk of the said highest bidder.)
No personal or deficiency judgment being demanded, the bidding will not remain open after the date of sale, but compliance with the bid may be made immediately.
Purchaser to pay for preparation of the Master’s deed, documentary stamps on the deed, recording of the deed, and interest on the amount of the bid from date of sale to date of compliance with the bid at the rate of 9.99% per annum.
