Chase Hames, #5, drags Latta High opponents into the end zone, scoring one of seven
touchdowns for the Blackburg Wildcats in Sept. 10 action.
The Blacksburg Wildcats ran roughshod over Latta High School last week finishing with an impressive 64-36 win, prompting chants about the local team’s record of “One and two, we ain’t through.”
Tailback Chase Hames provided the statistical show, finishing with 33 carries for 364 yards and scoring seven touchdowns. He also completed a 14-yard pass in the fourth quarter to his brother Nick Hames.
