Racing downfield to cover a third-quarter punt, Dorman’s Sevelt Thompson saw an opportunity for the Cavaliers to extend their lead over Byrnes bouncing on the turf.
Thompson grabbed his chance.

The punt, which bounced off a Byrnes player and was batted around by Cavaliers and Rebels alike before finding a home in Thompson’s arms was one of five combined turnovers on the night, and unquestionably the biggest.
