Love of language and children is Clark’s recipe for success

Middle schoolers might gush about their latest crush, but few are overly enthusiastic about the people responsible for giving tests, grading papers, and assigning homework.
Savannah Earls, though, is one of the exceptions because she has Pamela Clark for a teacher.
“Mrs. Clark, to me, is a wonderful teacher,” she said enthusiastically. “She’s always there when you need help and I just love her very much.”
As an English Language Arts teacher at Blacksburg Middle School, Clark has earned a lot of fans, including Principal Virgil Hampton.
“Her positive attitude and love of the language arts and children are reflected in the outstanding quality of the program that she has maintained at Blacksburg Middle School,” he said.
