When Scott Smith returned home to Chesnee from the Camden, SC, area to be the Police Chief, he had a goal in mind. That goal was to be of service to the community where he grew up, not only as the top law enforcement officer, but also through other charitable undertakings. As of today it would appear Chief Smith is well on the way of achieving that goal.
