The Chief of Staff of Third Army U.S. Army Central, Col. Stephen M. Twitty, will be promoted to brigadier general Nov. 30. His path to the highest level of military service is paved with values, discipline and perseverance.
The product of small-town upbringing and strong family values, Twitty is a native of Chesnee.
