The Greater Inman Area Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Banquet was held Tuesday, 17 Jan at 7:00 pm in the Mabry Jr. High Cafeteria. Approximately 60 members, spouses and supporters enjoyed dinner, entertainment, a motivational guest speaker, recognition of outstanding chamber achievers, presentation of 2011 awards, and drawing for door prizes.
Pre-program Entertainment provided by the 28 member Honor Chorus of Inman Intermediate School added significantly to attendance, with families of chorus members attending, but not staying for the program. All enjoyed the singing. IIS Principal is Debbie Wright, with Dr. Robert Nelson directing the Chorus. District I Schools is once again well represented in Chamber membership and leadership.
