Inman will celebrate the 30th Anniversary of the Harvest Day Festival on Saturday, and organizers are expecting another successful event.
“We’re ready for the festival,” said Wanda Ballenger, Harvest Day chairperson for the Greater Inman Area Chamber of Commerce. “We’ve been working for a long time.”
Ballenger said the festival will retain a local feel again this year, with several exhibits of local interest.
“We’re going to have our usual crafters and vendors, but we also have a lot of local people coming in,” she said. “We have the Hollywild petting zoo, a local tractor club, and a concert from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the Main Street stage featuring the Barnburners.”
