HENRY SMITH FIELD – Clouds rolled into to the Inman area last Thursday evening, some filled with rain while others low hanging clouds cleared the tunnel as the Mabry Middle School Cubs charged onto the field at Henry Smith Stadium to play their eighth and final game of the 2011 season.
The atmosphere was electric with the combined seventh and eighth grade bands on hand, the cheerleaders, and a near record crowd. The task at hand today was to complete an undefeated season, but to complete that task; the Mabry Cubs would have to defeat the undefeated Cowpens Red Raiders.
