A former Duncan town clerk has been arrested in connection with a knife fight in Spartanburg that sent four people to the hospital.
Dabney Frazier Bowen, 36, of 15 Flagstone Ln., Tryon, NC, was arrested on two counts each of assault and battery with intent to kill and assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature following an altercation with four people shortly after midnight Sunday in front of a residence on Whitlock Street in Spartanburg.
