EPA looking into allegations of impropriety at Lyman wastewater plant

The federal Environmental Protection Agency has launched a preliminary investigation into allegations of impropriety at the Lyman wastewater treatment plant and had agents at the facility early last week, according to a spokeswoman for the agency.
Dawn Harris-Young, a spokeswoman for the EPA’s Region 4 office in Atlanta, confirmed the agency is in the early stages of an investigation into allegations of impropriety at the Lyman plant.
