According to an incident report filed by the Whitmire Police Department, after the Party in the Pines on June 13, Whitmire police officer M.R. Moss received a call to respond to an assault at 311 Main Street.
After Moss arrived, he spoke with a female,  Vicki Willard, who was injured. Willard’s  eye was bleeding and she stated that a subject, identified as Rhonda Fay Anderson,  55, had hit her.
