The October 11,2010 town council meeting was fueled with questions about the high water bill being issued in Whitmire. At this meeting three citizens spoke about bills and two were given adjustments on them by the mayor and council. It was decided that there would be 2 people reading meters starting October 16th, 2010.
Council voted and awarded the football picture packages to be done by C Wilbanks Photography this year. Mrs. Wilbanks was on hand and made a complete presentation of her packages to the mayor and council. Council said going forward they would compile what they wanted as far as pictures for town recreation sports and the work would be put out to the public for bids.
