Last weekend,  Tab Patton,  the latest owner of the Northside School Property on East Peachtree St.,  demolished the Old Northside School Building. The building was purchased by the school district from the Brandon Corporation (owner of Abney Mill) in 1935 and was used as a school until 1976.  (See next week’s Woodruff News for an article highlighting the memories and reflections of teachers and students at Northside School.)
