Hot, fresh egg McMuffins and other McDonald’s sandwiches will be available to area residents starting at 5 a.m. October 27.
“We’re excited about being here in Woodruff,” said owner/operator Julia Skipper. “It’s so pretty. You’ll have to come see it.”
In construction for roughly three months, McDonald’s has all the latest equipment, including a double drive-thru, Skipper said. The building’s golden arch exterior lights started showing during the night last week.
About 50 of the restaurant’s 60 employees are Woodruff area residents, Skipper said.
The store’s grand opening ceremony will be on November 12.
